Kristen comes from a background made up of sports and business. She describes her business model as one that aligns closely with Wooden's Pyramid of Success – purposeful, but above all performing at her highest ability to create the greatest outcome for her clients. She is dedicated and personal with everyone she works with – always wanting to make sure that their happiness comes first and that she is providing the best service possible.
Kristen comes to the team with experience in industries such as: sports and entertainment, hospitality, automotive, sales, and accounting and finance. With her vast knowledge, she is able to adapt to any situation and provide numerous solutions to her families and clients. Her clients have mentioned that with her personality and understanding of what they're priorities are, she was there for them every step of the way and felt taken care of.

Kristen is an Alumni of both Rutgers University and University of San Francisco, with her Bachelors and Masters in Sport Management.
